Designer Saul Marantz, in the early 1940s, had a problem. The first LPs kept coming on the market, but none of the audio equipment on the market could reproduce them with the quality they were due. This versatility comes mainly from its ease of use. Assembly is completed in a matter of minutes, and even those who have never had a turntable in their hands will know how to come to grips with belt and platter installation. Stylus replacement, at the same time, is facilitated by the included manual.
Aesthetically, this product offers a rather classic appearance. The black color is broken up by the white of the platter. The body is made of plastic material, which is very light and durable. The platter is made of aluminum, and therefore provides the right stability even to records that are a bit marked by time.
