2. Application of general conditions of sale

Confirmation of the order implies the Customer's acceptance of these general conditions.

3. Validity of bids

Items viewable on the site are available while supplies last. In the event of a charge or collection related to the order of an out-of-stock item, Hi-Fi Prestige agrees to offer a credit or refund to the Customer within the 15-day period. Hi-Fi Prestige undertakes to notify the Customer by e-mail if it has confirmed the order of an out-of-stock item.

4. Price of products

Prices are presented in euros, including taxes. The amount of VAT appears on the invoice provided by Hi-Fi Prestige upon completion of the purchase. Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to change its prices at any time until the customer has confirmed the order.

5. Order and payment

5.1: Complete an order
In order to place an order, the customer is required to register on the hifiprestige.it website, indicating the data necessary for the completion of the order and the transactions resulting from it, creating an account with username (personal email) and password that can be reused for subsequent orders.
Having chosen the items and placed them in the cart, the customer will find himself in the order summary where he will find the actual total amount (various specified charges) and in case he is in possession of any vouchers he will have to enter, before confirmation, the code in his possession in the appropriate field.
Following the 5 steps (Summary-Login-Address-Shipping-Payment) the customer will be able to confirm the order which will imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.2: Payment
On hifiprestige.co.uk, the customer can choose different forms of payment by triggering the following effects for each:

  1. Payment by bank transfer
  2. Paypal payment
    With PayPal, your financial information is never disclosed to Hi-Fi Prestige. Paypal encrypts and protects your credit card number once and for all. You pay online by simply entering your email address and password.
  3. Payment by money order

5.3: Failure to pay
Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to refuse to execute a shipment or honor an order issued by a consumer who has not paid all or part of the amount of a previous order, or with whom disputes concerning payment are pending.

5.4: Verification of payments
Hi-Fi Prestige performs checks on all orders confirmed on its site. These checks are intended to protect Hi-Fi Prestige from any illicit activities engaged in by malicious users. Our services have the authority to request that you submit information necessary to unblock an order, including: proof of domicile or charge in your name, or proof of domicile in the name of the person specified for the delivery address. Such requests will be made by electronic mail if there are probable anomalies with the completion of the order.

5.5: Cancellation of the Order by the Seller
Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to cancel an order on its own initiative without notice upon return of payment received.

6. Identification

The customer who has already purchased on the hifiprestige.co.uk site can choose a password that will allow him, when placing further orders, not to have to fill out again the information forms necessary to complete the order. The already registered customer is recognized on the site as a customer of hifiprestige.it. The customer's password on hifiprestige.co.uk is strictly confidential and personal. The password must not be disclosed or communicated to third parties for any reason. In case of loss or forgetfulness of the password, the customer will be required to proceed as soon as possible with the retrieve password procedure found in the Login block. In order to simplify the identification of the customer with the immediate communication of the e-mail address and password, the customer expressly authorizes Hi-Fi Prestige to place a "cookie" file on the customer's hard disk for the sole purpose of facilitating such identification.

7. Shipping

Hi-Fi Prestige after each order confirmed and payment settled will pack and deliver the goods to the courier (interested in delivery) within 5 working days.
Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to use up to an additional 15 days in case of complications and/or missing goods in stock. In this case, customers will be contacted by email and in the case required may also request an "immediate" refund.

Hi-Fi Prestige will take care to choose the most reliable and suitable shipping service for the delivery location. Shipments are made exclusively by express courier with parcel insurance to be able to provide customers with safe and reliable service with online package tracking service and money back guarantee if the package is lost or stolen.

8. Satisfied or Refunded

Return conditions for products without promotions or sales:
The duration in which the customer can solicit an exchange or assert his or her right of retraction is 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The return of goods must be done only by following detailed procedure given below, which you will also find in the personal panel during the return operation, however:

Step 1 :
Log into your customer account at hifiprestige.co.uk with your email address and password. After that, go to the " My Orders " section, select the order with the item to be returned and follow the directions in the " Returned Goods " section.

Step 2 :
After the first step, Hi-Fi Prestige will consider the return request and notify you of the outcome within a maximum of 5 business days after the arrival of the return. Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to invite you to contact hifiprestige.co.uk customer service at 010/3514081 (cost of a local call) in order to validate your return request.

Step 3 :
Once your return request is confirmed, you can access the return by sending the package to the following address:

All products must be returned in their original packaging, without damage or wear. Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to refuse any return of items that have not been reported by the customer on the return form and packages without a return coupon inside.

If the return is charged to the customer, it is recommended to keep the deposit receipt provided by the courier for the time of the procedure. Hi-Fi Prestige disclaims any responsibility in case of loss or degradation during transportation of the package.

In case no service errors are found by Hi-Fi Prestige and/or divergence of products from the description on hifiprestige.co.uk, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.


9. Handling of packages not delivered by our courier company

These are the packages that were not delivered to the final consignee for the following reasons: unknown consignee, unclaimed, rejected, damage during transportation, tampering...

9.1: Cause of package return: unknown consignee or address anomaly
These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the given address.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Hi-Fi Prestige will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with a refund, depending on the customer's choice. Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to proceed with a refund instead of resending the order if multiple returned items with unknown recipient are detected.

9.2: Cause of return of the package: "ABSENT / NOTIFIED"
These are the parcels that have not been picked up by the customer at the post office or delivery point by the deadline.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Hi-Fi Prestige will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed to refund the order depending on the customer's choice. Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to proceed to refund the order instead of resending if there are multiple unclaimed items.

9.3: Cause of returning the package: "REJECTED"
Upon delivery, the customer refused the package.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, you will be credited your customer account with a purchase voucher within 72 hours after the return of the package. You can request cancellation of the purchase voucher and its refund by contacting our "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

In the event of a package return due to the causes "UNKNOWN RECEIVED," "NOT RECLAIMED," or "REFUSED," Hi-Fi Prestige does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may be obligated to proceed with a refund of the order if the product(s) are not available.

9.4: Shipping costs in the case of items 9.1,9.2,9.3
Shipping costs in the 3 cases listed will be fully attributed to the customer unless proof is given that the customer is not directly responsible for the courier's failure to deliver the package.
Therefore, shipping costs for sending and/or resending will be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Hi-Fi Prestige.

10. Responsibility

On all stages of access to the site, consultation, filling forms, order execution, delivery of items or on any other service, the company Hi-Fi Prestige assumes only an obligation of intermediation. Therefore, Hi-Fi Prestige disclaims any responsibility for inconveniences or damages derived from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions taken by Hi-Fi Prestige. In particular, all contingencies related to the provision of the service, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses will not be attributable to Hi-Fi Prestige. Similarly, anything that proves to be a cause of force majeure within the meaning of the Supreme Court will totally exonerate Hi-Fi Prestige from any liability. Customers enjoy the warranties provided by the brands on the site.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the hifiprestige.co.uk website, whether visual or aural, including the technology that supports them, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent law. Such elements are the exclusive property of Hi-Fi Prestige Ltd.
All hypertext links that refer to the hifiprestige.co.uk site and that specifically use framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or other direct linking techniques are strictly and formally prohibited.
Without exception, all connections, while tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn at the request of Hi-Fi Prestige.

12. Name data

Hi-Fi Prestige, for service needs, reserves the right to collect named data about users of the site, particularly through the "cookie" described in Article 8.
In addition, Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to transfer, for commercial purposes, the data collected on its site.

13. Games and contests

The games and contests organized on hifiprestige.co.uk are free and carry no obligation to purchase. They are open to all registered users on the site in question.
Winners of the games and contests will receive an e-mail notice containing the winnings in the form of a code for a coupon or gift check.The winnings are valid only once in all sections of the site, unless promoted, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Except for special operations, coupons are valid for 3 months and gift checks are valid for one year.
If the amount of the gift check is greater than the value of the customer's order, the remaining balance will be deposited into the relevant gift check account.
If the amount of the gift check is less than the value of the order, the customer will need to complete the payment through the payment method chosen.
Hi-Fi Prestige will not, under any circumstances, disclose the names and addresses of participants.
By entering their e-mails, participants automatically agree to receive newsletters from hifiprestige.it.
Hi-Fi Prestige reserves the right to postpone or cancel a game or contest and cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur during the operation.
Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
The regulations may be amended, at any time, in the form of a clause, by the organizer, subject to the conditions indicated
Any fraud or attempted fraud committed for the purpose of receiving a payout may result in legal action.

14. Right of withdrawal:

In the case of the provision of assets, the buyer may withdraw within ten working days after delivery of the goods.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised under any circumstances, except in the following cases:

(a) Supply of household goods for current consumption;
(b) provision of services whose performance has begun, with the buyer's agreement, before the expiration of the period of ten working days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
(c) supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the supplier is unable to control;
(d) supply of goods that are custom-made or clearly customized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly;
(e) supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the consumer;
(f) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send, within the above deadlines, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the seller's registered office. Within the same terms, notice of withdrawal may also be given by telegram, telex, fax and even email, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.
