Vincent CD-200 è un lettore CD che nasce per accompagnare al meglio l’amplificatore integrato Vincent SV-200. Si tratta di un apparecchio dotato di caratteristiche tecniche di pregio, ideale per gli appassionati più esigenti.

La configurazione offre diversi spunti di analisi. Primo tra tutti la presenza del chip Burr-Brown PCM17, che converte i segnali digitali (fino a 24 bit/192 kHz) per ottenere un suono naturale e il più possibile cristallino. Da segnalare, a questo proposito, anche le due valvole 6N1. Con una risposta in frequenza compresa tra 20 Hz e 20 kHz, rapporto segnale/rumore inferiore a 93 dB e distorsione che non supera lo 0,005%, le prestazioni sono sicuramente ideali per un ascolto di qualità.

Concentrando l’attenzione sulla connettività, spicca la presenza del jack per le cuffie da 6,3 mm posto sulla parte frontale del dispositivo. Sul retro, invece, ecco le uscite analogiche, coassiali e ottiche, oltre al selettore del voltaggio.

Esteticamente, questo Vincent CD-200 convince con la sua eleganza discreta. Disponibile pure in versione Silver, l’apparecchio è fornito di un display centrale dedicato all’indicazione di tracce e tempo di riproduzione. I pulsanti fisici posti sulla facciata principale permettono di fermare e far partire le varie tracce, oltre che di espellere il disco impiegato.
